K & A Performance is a web design and AI integration studio based in Florida. This policy explains what information ka-performancefl.com collects, why, and who it is shared with. We keep the site deliberately light: there is no account system, no newsletter, and no third-party ads served on these pages.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or the “Start a project” form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, and any company name, service interest, budget range, or project details you choose to share. These submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message to our email inbox. We use it to reply to you and to keep ordinary business records of the enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us a mobile number and ask us in writing to text you, we use that number to send customer care messages about your appointment, your enquiry, or your project: scheduling, confirmations, reschedules and reminders, replies to what you asked, project updates, and invoice or billing notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. We do not collect mobile numbers through the forms on this site.
We keep a record of the number, the consent you gave, and the date you gave it, because telecoms rules require us to be able to show that you asked to be texted. To stop, reply STOP to any message from us, or email [email protected]. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. To send those messages we use Twilio, a messaging provider that delivers the text to your mobile carrier on our behalf and processes your number only for that purpose. Your mobile carrier also handles the message in order to deliver it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not use them for anything other than the customer care messages described above.
AI chat on this site
Some pages offer a chat assistant that answers questions about our work and helps scope a project. The messages you type are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply, and the reply is returned to your browser. We do not store these conversations on our servers. Please do not type sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential material into the chat.
Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)
This site uses Meta pixel technology to measure how our advertising performs. The pixel records that a page was viewed and that a contact form was completed, along with standard technical information such as your browser, device, and IP address, and it may set or read cookies. We use this only to understand whether our ads are working, not to build a profile of you.
You can control how this information is used for advertising through your Facebook ad preferences, and through Meta’s privacy policy. Browser settings, tracking protection, and ad blockers will also prevent the pixel from loading, and the site works normally without it.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server and security logs (including IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse. Our public Google reviews are fetched from the Google Places API by our server; that request contains no information about you.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or personalisation of our own. The Meta pixel described above may set cookies, and Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security and performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it. You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can also decline to use the forms or chat entirely, and browse the site with tracking protection enabled.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
