Services AI integration

AI integration services that earn their place

Most AI on the web is a chat bubble bolted to a homepage so somebody could say the word in a meeting. We build the other kind: assistants that answer real questions, automations that hand hours back, and AI sitting inside the product where the customer never thinks about it. If it does not pull its weight, it does not ship.

Assistants that answer

Kai, the assistant on this site, is the demo. It answers questions about what we do in text or out loud, it knows the actual contents of this business rather than a generic script, and when a conversation is really a lead it collects the details and passes them to a human. You can try both versions on the services hub before you decide whether you want one.

Yours would work the same way and sound nothing like ours. We write a knowledge base from your services, your pricing logic, your policies and your edge cases, give the assistant your voice, and set hard limits on what it is allowed to claim. It runs on Claude, and the whole thing sits on your own site rather than in a third party widget farm that rents your conversations back to you.

Automations that give hours back

The best AI work is usually invisible. Intake forms that summarise themselves before they reach an inbox. Enquiries sorted and routed by what they are actually about. Quotes drafted from a conversation. Reports that write their own first paragraph. None of it is glamorous, and all of it is time somebody on your team currently spends retyping what they already know.

We also build AI audio and content tooling: voice agents that can take a call and book it, and drafting tools that keep a content pipeline full without turning your brand into beige filler.

When AI is the product

fixalways.com is the case study. It is a Florida home services directory where search is the whole product: a visitor describes a problem in their own words, including the vague ones, and the site works out what kind of pro that is, pulls live business data, and returns people who can actually help. Google Places supplies the facts, Claude supplies the understanding, and the visitor never sees a chat window at all.

That is the shape we look for. Not a feature announcing itself, but a thing the site could not do before.

AI integration for Florida businesses

We build this from Gainesville for businesses across Florida. FixAlways above is a statewide product; the assistants and automations run for clinics, contractors and firms from Jacksonville to the Gulf side, and the work itself is remote by nature: your site, your accounts, our build. If you can take a video call, you are in the service area.

Want to run it yourself?

Everything on this page is work we build for you. The 90-Day AI Launch is the version where you learn to drive: twelve weekly sessions, one workflow built on your real data, everything in your own account, and by the end you run it without us. $2,000, or $3,999 with a full custom site built alongside it.

When we say no

Plenty of businesses ask for AI and need a faster site, clearer copy, or a booking flow that works on a phone. We will say so. We would rather build you the thing that makes money than the thing that is easy to sell, and we only recommend work that pays for itself in added value. Quotes are free either way.

Straight answers

What would an AI assistant actually do on our site?

The proven win is answering the questions your team answers forty times a week, at whatever hour the visitor turns up, then handing over a qualified lead with the details already collected. After that it is usually intake, quoting, triage, or search. If your team is retyping the same answer, that is the job.

Will it make things up about my business?

That is the risk we spend the most time on. Assistants we build run on a written knowledge base about your business, are told plainly what they do not know, and hand off to a human instead of guessing. We test them adversarially before launch, including the awkward questions a competitor would ask.

What does it cost to run?

Usually less than people expect. A site assistant answering a few hundred conversations a month costs single digit dollars in model usage, on top of the build. Voice costs more per minute than text. We size the model to the job rather than reaching for the most expensive one out of habit.

Do I need a technical person to keep it running?

No. Once it is live the thing you maintain is the knowledge base, which is plain writing about your own business. We handle the model, the plumbing, and the updates when providers change something.

The rest of what we do

What does your team keep repeating?

That question usually finds the first thing worth automating. Tell us the answer and we will tell you whether AI is the right tool, and what it would take.
