Custom website design in Gainesville, built to do a job

A template is cheap because everyone else has it too. We start from a blank page instead: your structure, your words, your typography, your motion. The result loads fast on a phone in a parking lot, reads clearly, and moves people toward the one thing you need them to do.

What a build includes

Every project is scoped to fit, so the list below flexes with the job. What does not flex is the standard, whether the build is web design in Gainesville across a table from us or a Jacksonville project run remote.

  • Design from scratch. Layout, typography, colour, and motion decided for your business rather than inherited from a theme somebody else bought.
  • Copy that carries its weight. We write and edit alongside you, because a handsome page saying nothing in particular still sells nothing.
  • Speed treated as a feature. Static builds served from a global network, so pages arrive in well under a second and stay that way when traffic spikes.
  • Accessibility measured, not assumed. Contrast, keyboard paths, screen reader labels, and motion preferences checked before launch.
  • Search foundations from day one: clean heading structure, structured data, a generated sitemap, and titles written for the human doing the searching.
  • Whatever the site actually has to do. Booking flows, donation paths, membership signups, patient portal handoffs, searchable directories.

Sites we have shipped

These are live client builds you can open in another tab, not concept art. Every one of them was designed, written, built, and launched by us.

mbsdoc.com

MBS Medicine, a veteran owned Florida telehealth clinic. Bold, unmistakable identity with same week booking and a patient portal handoff that does not feel like paperwork.

pbjsa.com

PB&J Strategic Accounting. A clean, trustworthy redesign with plain service pages, obvious pricing paths, and a free call booking flow that actually converts.

projectmakeover.org

Project Makeover, a nonprofit turning tired school spaces into rooms kids want to sit in. Gallery driven, with donation and volunteer paths kept in front of you the whole way down.

The four stages every one of those projects ran through, discover, design, build, launch, are laid out on the services hub.

Do you really need to pay for hosting?

Honestly? Most businesses don't. A well-built site runs on modern global infrastructure for little to nothing a month, and that's how we ship every build. If you're paying monthly fees for a site that rarely changes, talk to us about a one-time build and retire the hosting bill you never needed.

Straight answers

How long does a build take?

Most sites launch in two to six weeks depending on scope. A focused landing page moves fastest. You get a real timeline in the first conversation, not after a deposit.

What does a website cost?

Every project is scoped to fit the business. We have done everything from fully free builds for nonprofits to ongoing large engagements. Budget bands run from under $2,000 to $10,000 and up, and you will always know the number before we start. The quote itself is always free.

Can you work with the site I already have?

Yes. We audit and fix existing sites, especially for accessibility and speed. And if a rebuild would honestly be better value than patching, we will tell you straight instead of billing you twice.

Do we have to be in Gainesville to work with you?

No. The studio is in Gainesville and we are glad to meet in person if you are nearby in Alachua, Newberry, High Springs or Ocala. Everything else runs remotely, and we build for clients across Florida and well outside it.

The rest of what we do

Tell us what it has to do

Bring us a rough idea, a competitor you envy, or a site you already hate. We will tell you what it would take, what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing.
