Teach the topic
Multi-module programs with a learning path, practice, and assessment, built to run in your LMS on day one.
A clear path from the first idea to practical understanding.
Teach the topic
A single topic taught properly: objectives, teaching, practice, check. The unit most training libraries are actually made of.
A clear path from the first idea to practical understanding.
Teach the topic
Five to ten minutes on one thing, built for the moment someone needs it rather than the quarter they are assigned it.
A clear path from the first idea to practical understanding.
Put it into practice
Checklists, decision trees, and reference pieces that live next to the work instead of in a course catalog.
Decisions, scenarios and references that support the work.
Put it into practice
Scenario-based checks that measure whether someone can do the thing, not whether they can recognize the sentence about it.
Decisions, scenarios and references that support the work.
Make existing content work harder
Existing slide decks, PDFs, and aging modules rebuilt as current, interactive, trackable content.
A considered next chapter for the material you already have.
Make existing content work harder
Training you already own, brought up to WCAG 2.1 AA and tested in a real LMS rather than an authoring preview.

Finance and accounting
Open the books of a neighborhood bakery and explore what its numbers can tell you.
Health and wellness

The details make the experience
Clear writing is the start. Thoughtful activities, illustrated guides and optional narration help carry the lesson.

Practice a decision
Sort a movement, find a hazard or work through a financial decision. Learners try the idea and see what happens.
Try the strength workshop
A familiar guide
Characters, scenes and examples belong to the course's world. They give the experience personality and continuity.
Meet the kitchen guide
Listen and follow along
Optional narration and a matching transcript sit alongside the learning. The learner controls the pace.

Your review points and turnarounds are agreed before production begins, so everyone knows what the next stage needs.
Audience, objective, constraints, and what your LMS actually supports. We leave with a scope we can both point at.
Objectives mapped to content, in the order a learner needs them. Your subject matter expert signs off here, before anything expensive happens.
Every screen, every interaction, every assessment item, in writing and in wireframe. Changes are cheap at this stage and we say so.
The working build, reviewed by our instructional designer and your reviewer against the storyboard.
Loaded into your real LMS, on real accounts, tested for tracking, completion, keyboard, and screen reader. Not in an authoring preview.
The package, the source, and a written note of anything your team can and cannot edit later.
Ready for your environment
The delivery format, accessibility requirements and source handoff are part of the scope from the start.
Client delivery targets WCAG 2.1 AA, with checks in the environment your learners use.
AI-assisted authoring, with a human instructional designer reviewing and validating every output before it reaches you.
Your confidential material is never entered into a tool that trains on submitted content.
Any restriction you need, from specific tools to no AI at all, is written into the statement of work.

People behind the work
Alex leads design and development. Kristina leads strategy and content. Instructional designers and subject matter experts bring the visual craft and field knowledge each project needs.
Meet the teamChoose the working relationship
Defined deliverables, defined scope, a fixed price agreed before work starts. Best when you know what you need and when you need it.
Dedicated capacity for a defined period. Best for a team with a backlog that never quite gets to the top of anyone's week.
On-call capacity for overflow and rush work. Best when the volume is unpredictable but the deadlines are not.
A few practical details
No. Everything is delivered into your own LMS, in the package your system already accepts. We never receive learner data either: completion, scores, and identities stay in your system.
SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or plain HTML. Tell us the LMS and the version, and the build is tested inside it before you see the invoice for it.
WCAG 2.1 AA, tested rather than claimed. Every build gets a keyboard pass, a read through with a real screen reader, measured contrast, a reduced-motion check, and all of it verified again inside your actual LMS.
Yes, and we will tell you exactly how. Authoring is AI-assisted with a human instructional designer reviewing and validating every output before it reaches you. Your confidential material never goes into a tool that trains on submitted content, and any restriction you need, from specific tools to no AI at all, is written into the statement of work.
